As a Certified Holistic Health Coach and avid cook I offer one-on-one or group cooking lessons. I will guide you, give you tips and recipes, and in less time that you think cooking will be your new passion (or at least an enjoyable-rewarding activity). You will start producing delicious, nourishing and healthy meals for you, your friends and family. You can choose what you would like to focus on.
Your 2-hour session will include:
1) Recipes and notes
2) A hands-on approach to tackling the kitchen and all its equipment
3) Guidance and support through creating two meals of your choice
